    Candy thats bad for your teeth

Candy may be delicious but do you know what it can cause?

1. Chewy candy is bad for your teeth because they stick to your teeth and the acid dissolves tooth enamel & causes cavities

  2.hard candies can be bad because stuff like lollipops and jolly ranchers make it difficult for your saliva to do its job therefore it stays in your mouth longer causing the acid to build up in your mouth

3. Sour candies both have sugar & acid

After hearing all of this I'd recommend you to brush after eating candy especially after eating any of the candies listed up here
